We truly love helping people and trying to make affordable and great products, so that anyone who would like to spin can. PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the pictures on the website and/or our Etsy store page.

Shipping info: 

Each item is custom made to order, at the time of purchase.  This allows for quality and a truly one of a kind item.  Customers can even have some items personalized.

 

All items ship within 7 to 10 business days of payment unless something is completely out of my control - like a federal holiday and then it will ship the next business day.

 

Shipping is via USPS Priority, First-Class and/or Parcel Post.  If you need an item more quickly than allowed above, please contact us directly to see if we can make an exception for your need.  I always try to make exceptions if at all possible :o)  Item(s) are shipped with the standard coverage available from the shipping carriers.  If you desire more coverage, please choose that option in your cart for your purchase.  Heavenly does an exceptional job in packaging our products to for shipping, but some carriers are negligent and irresponsible since they are only human.  We are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier.  You must make a claim through them for the damage.  We do try to work with our customers and if we can take care of something, especially if it is minor, we will always try to do so if possible.

 

Return policy:  Item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was sent in within 7 days of receipt by purchaser.  Meaning for example, you receive an item on May 10th, you decide them item does not work for you, that item must be in the mail one or before May 17th.  Purchase price less a 15% restocking fee is applied to all refunds, Commissioned orders are not refundable.  No Shipping charges are refunded Please remember, we are a small business in the US, a mom n pop store if you like, and we can not afford to hand make products, and then pay your shipping charges, simply because you have decided you do not like an item.  Returning an item because you do not like it, is honestly not a valid return.  

 

If there is a manufacturing or workmanship error, we will completely take care of that problem, at no cost to you, for one year.

 

If you drop your product or your child drops your item, or husband or pet, :o)  we will be glad to help you.  And again you will only pay for shipping if need be, and parts.  We will cover any and all labor involved in restoring your item(s).
