All items ship within 7 to 10 business days of payment unless something is completely out of my control - like a federal holiday and then it will ship the next business day. Drop spindles normally ship within a couple of days along with smaller items like drive bands, waxes, oils, etc.Shipping is via USPS Priority or UPS Ground by my discretion unless a reserved listing has been set up for a particular customer at their request for a particular shipping service.
Return policy: Item must be returned within 10 days of receipt by purchaser. Purchase price only will be refunded, no shipping charges will be refunded period.. After that time period if you run into problems due to workmanship or parts we will be happy to repair or replace for one year. If you run into problems because of something you did we will still be happy to help you and you will simply need to pay for the object not labor. Simply deciding it is not something for me is not a reason for return unless it is in the first 10 days only. If purchased through Etsy a restocking fee of the sales fees charged by Etsy will be deducted from the purchase price.
